I can't remember the last time I broke a knot on a fish (minus teeth cutting above it) since I've switched from the clinch to Palomar, but like I said if there is stronger y wouldn't I tie that instead...even if it only makes the difference of one fish.

Larry dahlberg claims he uses the strongest knot that he's tested them all on his machine. Others claim their machine found stronger knots than Palomar. Rebeck knot comes to mind.

I just don't understand how there isn't one scientifically proven strongest knot.
