How about a 140 gram JYG jig??? They hook them a little different. Any input????

Meat Hunter
140 is far from a heavy jig .
Seen their rigging that’s split ring to split ring assist hooks .
NO WAY am I ever rigging a hook or my main line to a split ring for tuna .

Seen way too many times the hooks cord or the lane slips into the split ring and it fails .

Hooks , main line always to a solid ring (same solid ring )
Jig to a split ring that’s attached to the solid ring .
Jig never has any weight on it
