Why yes, I have. This shouldn't impact recreational anglers. It should directly impact longliners, their gear and methodologies. I think it's stupid and short sighted. You can't keep 1 sexually immature mako but you can kill a ripe #350+ female? Wanna save em? Slot them. Shorten the harvest season.
