I fished today and thought I would go for some Mahi that I saw last week in the Mud Hole. But do to the weather the last couple of days the water temperature dropped from 72 to 69 And that changed everything. I did not see any Mahi but we ran into those Monster Blues. Decided to weight one just to see how big they really are. 23 and a half pounds and the rest were all close to that. Also caught some False Albies. Did not get what I wanted but it was a good day to catch some strong fish that gave us a lot of action. Oct. 22 sea Bass season opens and soon the Stripers will be here.
