Today, we fished north of our inlet. It started off with just a pick on a few drifts, even though we read fish stacked on top of the hills. We anchored up after a few drifts and picked a few fish right away while on anchor on both jigs and bait. Fishing continued to improve and stayed good for the rest of the day. At times, we had a half a dozen fish on a combination of bait and jigs. There were numerous limits around the boat, mostly with 2-4 lb fish with some up to 14 lbs, and everyone ended up having a great time! The pool winner and pictures are coming soon.

*** Tomorrow’s trip, Thursday, October 12th, has been canceled due to the weather and high winds. Friday and the rest of the weekend look good and there is plenty of room so come on over and go fishing! ***
