Smile Sandy Hook surf report

The surf at Sandy Hook is finally showing LIFE!!!! Small 18" Stripers, cocktail blues all during incoming and outgoing tide. From 6am to 10am they were hitting teasers above small diamond jigs(for weight to reach them)...the water is warm enough to stand in with shorts, just as it has been all summer. NO WADERS since they are to uncomfortable and hot too. It was 80 degrees along the hook with bright sun...fun in the surf and sun...depending on the track of storm next week, I will go out just after the storm passes...see ya all later, Rammie
