Default AVOID these hot spots!!!

From a source that is the NOAA/CG liaison

Scc del bay rcvd a report of f/v ess endeavor who was clamming 28nm e of long branch nj and brought up 20 canisters of suspected mustard agent in aprox posn. 40-09.568n 73-06.277w. Canisters were disposed of every half nm for 12nm heading in an eastbound direction dropping the last known canister in posn 40-11.146n 073-21.793w. One of the six crewmemberson the ess endeaver is currently enrolled at the southern ocean county hospital nj with blisters on hand.

Why would they re-dump them? I know that stuff is no joke but in 2017 we don't have a better way to dispose of it?

Wow. That's like a movie.

I thought clammers did shallower bays and rivers. I did not know they raked the bottoms miles off shore?

he already had a crew member with a burn from the poison.. i too would immediately get those off of my boat ..
