Default tuna down south

i'm headed to ocmd for a few days next week and have been following a somewhat hot tuna bite inshore for them. they are catching 40-70 lb yellows around the hotdog and sausages areas - less than 30 -40 miles off shore for them -
mostly a trolling bite - ballys apparently working well - i did find a few six packs on line, but are looking for recommendations for someone who has fished on a ocmd based boat for tuna

The Lisa at the Talbot Street Pier is a good choice.
Small boat but he can catch fish.
