Trolled the Raritan Bay today with OK results. Had good action for the guys with the bluefish on the plugs but only 2 bass. The bass were good eating sized males but with the marks we saw, it was depressing only catching 2. The bluefish this time of year are cold water fish. Bleed them, ice them, and they are good for fish cakes and fish dip.

Better fishing to come in the next couple weeks.
