Joey Tomatos Fishing Charters

Just waiting for the water temperature and the weather. I fished in the Raritan bay On the 27th. Thursday with a couple of friends and on my friends boat. I wanted to see for myself how it was? The water was filthy from all the run off and the fishing wasn't that good. We were able to catch 4 fish, two keepers. I saw no one that was anchored catching fish. Trolling is not my favorite for Stripers but we caught fish while others just sat there. I went Friday by myself left at 2:30 P.M. stayed out till dark and I marked fish but nothing bit. I had an open boat Saturday but early in the morning there was a strong thunderstorm and decided to call it. One boat I know went out but had no luck and he also says the water is to cold. All we can do is wait and hope things get better. I have an open boat for Saturday the 6th. I think I have two so I am open for two more. We will try for Stripers but if it is terrible I will come in and fish the bay. Been catching a lot of Blues in the Bay last week, just hope they will stay around if there are no Stripers?
