Default Ocean Explorer Saturday

Tough day out there with tough conditions...More Northeast than north today..Winds started cranking and with blinding snow coming in sideways it was not a nice day out there...Fishing was very slow inshore....cold north current chilled off the water and the bite we had the past few days..Ended up in deep water where we caught most of keepers at the end of the day which was not many...I think Jmurr won the pool with two of the biggest fish of the day...Tomorrow we have better conditions,,sun is gonna be out and winds out of the northwest....We are fishing tomorrow..see ya then...

Thumbs up Re: Ocean Explorer Saturday

YES SIR! Thank you as well Capt. Bobby!! There were many a times today I asked myself.... "why am I out here, and what is this damn helmet with horns coming out the sides of our headgear... Wilson... you are a wise man, let me tell ya, I had D-Rod in the passenger seat on the way home, as we were going to Raritan Bay Medical center to have his fingers amputated from frostbite because this FF wont wear gloves while fishing... not the greatest idea today. Best thing i can say is the OE is now going to be called the NOE in my eyes! 1st c;ass operation!! that's the NAUTICAL OCEAN EXPLORER! Holy Moly that was a hell of a trip and most stayed stuck to the rail,or they were frozen to it,one or the other, but this trip sure described the Put Up in PUOSU!
THANKS AGAIN BOBBY AND ALL THE NJFDAFFWTFWDHV'S! That make this happen for a great cause every year!!!
