i find it laughable that most of the time everyone is shouting "no regulations ever helped us! the council doesn't know what they're doing! science is fake!" (see latest locked thread)
and then we start getting worried about bunker and it's "take action now" "best available science" "Let the ASMFC know that ecological management is right" hilarious

Wow! You have the answer. Ever been to a meeting on menhaden? I and many other Captains and people that don't make a living fishing have been to many. More complicated that you think.
