Default Any North Jersey Chinese Restaurants That Cook Your Catch?

My place in town had a fire and they closed the business. I sure do miss them.

This is my boss. I took him there 5 years ago and he still talks about it.

I want a place that will prepare a few fresh fish in authentic recipes.

Sorry if this is the wrong board.

Please PM me with any suggestions.

Thanks!

Just ask - I bet they would be happy to do it when they are not super busy.

Make sure its cleaned, scaled - they do whole seabass all the time.

The hardest part is cleaning a tog - they a slimy!
The slime protects them from the reefs

I use lemon juice while I scale it
Then all whole fish you remove guts and fills
Trim fins

Asian cooked whole fish?
The most basic recipe is to score it
Soy sauce + ginger and garlic + scallions
Just smother it and cook
Bake steam grill....

Pay them enough and most will cook your pet, let alone a sea bass.

They have cooked numerous goldfish, and even a guinea pig for me. All were quite tasty.

Thanks for all of the comments. A few brought a chuckle and a smile.

Still no definite places that are open to this. I tried a few and they all said no.

Go to a real sit down restaurant not a take out joint and ask.
