Default what to tip a bucktail jig with?

so what are the surf fisherman tipping their bucktail jigs with these days?
fat cow , otter tails ? I know bucktials work and i"m new to the surf thing and i really want to keep it as simple as possible for now...any info would be great thanks..

Thanks for that tip RB, I used them during fluke season, and was able to just leave it on my jig head, and the Otter Tail never got hard or lost its magic.
