Default Golden Eagle - GOOD FISHING FOR JUMBO BLUES

We had another GOOD day fishing for the MONSTER BLUES. The fish weighed up to 20 lbs - all big fish. We did have a few on Run Off hammer jigs but mostly on bait. There are plenty of fish and it was a really nice day in the ocean.

The weather for the week ahead looks gorgeous for this time of year so come on down and enjoy a day in the ocean with us fishing for these JUMBO BLUES.

See you in the morning.

The GOLDEN EAGLE sails every day for STRIPERS & BLUES at 7:30 am from Belmar Marina in Belmar, NJ.

For more information visit us at www.goldeneaglefishing.com or call 732-681-6144.

See you on board

Must have been daddy/daughter Sunday from what I've been reading. Brought mine and the guy next to me did the same. Anyway, all she knows from blues were those 1/2lb peewees of summer yore. Well, she got a full hands on demonstration of the brute force a jumbo blue can bring. Did great too, landing 3 and losing a few more, all on bait. It was another good day on the GE, I landed 9 and lost a bunch. Had to work for them but they were there. Won the pool with a 20lb slob. Cap't Jim did a great job navigating the parking lot out there to put us on the fish.
