I fish the Fishermen last night when we arrived at the marina around 11:30pm almost the whole area as far as we can see in the dark was white with dead peanuts.I never seen anything like that in my life. What a shame.....

Keyport was the same way yesterday. Stunk like hell. Ramps had to be powerwashed since they were slick as ice with dead nutz.

There were so many in there around 7:00pm, alive, it looked like it was raining. I guess there was just too many.

Temperature probably , hot water less oxygen mass of fish & oxygen gets depleted fish suffocate . This may be the case .

Anybody know what this does to the biomass as a whole (or at least locally)? Looks like a ton of fish obviously but tough to have a frame of reference for it in the big picture.
