Big Jamaica Monday Report

Fishing was very good again Monday. We had loads of mackerel, some sea and a couple fluke.
We caught fish on jigs and bait but bait was better today.
Our first two stops were slow but on the third drop we landed on a big school, they swarmed around the boat, and we caught them good all day.
The fish have moved closer to shore so we had plenty of fishing time.
If you want to bring the kids fishing or a novice fisherman, this is perfect, as there is plenty of action and the fish are easy to handle.
The pool winner was:
Dale Woika from State College Pa with a jumbo mackerel.
The big Jamaica is sailing at 7:30 a.m. every day this week for Bluefish, Mackerel, Sea Bass, ling, and Fluke.
NIGHT trips sail for Blue Fish on FRIDAY, and SATURDAY nights at 7:30 p.m. this week.
Afternoon Family fun trips for fluke and sea bass will sail Sunday through Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. till 8:30.
We had a lot of action on our last Family Fun trip with fluke and sea bass and on the Fishing and Fireworks trip last Thursday.
Fishing and Fireworks trips sail Thursday at 5PM.
