saturday crappie beat down.
met a friend at dows at 6:30am,picked up some bait and set out.first spot we go to is the right spot.catch a nice 12 incher on the first cast.my friend also hooks up with another good one and it stayed that way for 90 minutes.it starts
to rain pretty hard so we break for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat.rain slows
and we head back to our spot.we both hook up again right way.wev fished until 1pm and called it a day.my friend kept 10 real good ones for diner and the rest were released.i stop back at the bait shop and see icebadger there.i tell him we had a pretty good morning and left them biting.he say lets go try
and get some and I say why not.we get back to the spot and its a little quite,
we catch one here one there. as the afternoon wares on the fishing gets better and better.by 4pm we are catching pretty well with all good sized crappie,a few blue gills,shiners and of coarse a few slime darts.we called it a day around
6:30pm.sunday I went up around 1pm and fished till 3:30pm.caught them but no weres near what we had Saturday.
