Default Legal?

Not sure myself so I was wondering if anyone knows if this is legal to sell in Pennsylvania. Saw it on a certain market's FB page. Just wondering...

Virginia and Maryland have open commercial seasons for striped bass. Look for the yellow tags on the lower jaw.

I saw striped bass in my local Giant food last year and asked the F&G guys about it. They said that it was totally legal as long as the fish didn't come from PA. I asked how they would know that and I never got a response.

One of the very few things NJ got right is gamefish status for striped bass and all that goes with gamefish status. I would like to see gamefish status for other fish like fluke, and flounder. Also have other states give gamefish status to said fish. Just dreaming though...Charlie
