FISH STIX - 11/25 Blackfish Boat Limit
11/25 had 6 man man charter of Eric the mortgage man, Bill the chin, Mike empty pockets, John deep pockets, Frank and Phil. Again the fishing was a little slow with very scratchy bites. Pretty tough to feel. Eric and Bill decided to light tackle it up with jigs.... WOW. I'm definitely not a fan of them, well, for jumbos at least, but these 2 put on a show. Bill even had a nice keeper codfish! They each had just about a Double limit each just on jigs, and then some regular style fishing! And yes they did catch some nice roaster sized ones. Phil smoked em with 20 keepers himself, Frank had at least 14. And finally Mike and John caught 8 or more each. Total tally for the day was 75 keepers to 8lbs. The bigger fish showed up later in the day when we were already boxed up, so they all went back to the sea! Kept our 8 man boat limit of 48. Great day, great weather!
Nice job guys! HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU ALL AND YOUR FAMILIES!! The chin with an 8lber. Not on a jig.....  This is the Mortgage Man with a SILLY high low jig rig.. Don't ask.... Take it up with him and Darren. Fish is 7lbs......

Bill and Eric were putting on a clinic with the jigs, they were dialed into the jig bite and to catch them on light spinning tackle was impressive!!
Fun day toggin with Kris, Darrin and crew.
