![]() I love that NW wind and it made for a good day on the tog grounds. Once again the greens were best with limits on them. The pool fish was 9 pounds and i do not know which bait. Shrimp also worked. The fishing has been getting better each day.
Pictures later. Not sailing Mon and Tues. Next trip Wednesday at 7:00 AM Thanks Captain George |

![]() Went out today with my dad, Barry and our friend Ziggy and his brother Walter. For me I got skunked, 6 shorts to 14.75" and 4 endangered dog fish. Barry and Ziggy each got a couple shorts. Walter however on his very first black fishing trip and on a rental rod with maybe a 10 minute lesson and some coaching from me won the Pool with his very first keeper tog! He even got another to about 4 pounds. Talk about beginners luck. I won't even take any credit for the Rig I made him.
![]() Everyone had fun and I have to say the Angler has some of the best mates around. I don't need a bunch of attention and kept my friends rigged, but literally anytime someone got snagged or had a fish they were right there ready to help. Edited to add, pool fish was caught on half a green crab and a rental rod! |
