FISHERMEN/Good Striped Bass fishing today!! Saturdays Report

Had to work the readings in the AM as there was a lack of Bird life in all area's.

Caught fish on the first couple of drifts before the crowd took over. Left the area and found some life that we worked for over 2 hours. Very good action on Short and keeper Bass. The Shads worked the best despite the wind and the roll.

Pool fish made 18 pounds...The bite died late in the day so we looked over where we caught them yesterday afternoon. Seems the bait moved from the area taking the fish with it.

Just a Note: If you have a Bonus tag with you, you must attach it to the fish as soon as you decide to keep the fish. There are No exceptions to this if you get stopped by Fish & Wildlife.

Back at it tomorrow.
