Today we had John, Joe, Joe Jr., and Greg for today's blackfish trip. The first two spots of the day were a grind at best. Shorts, shorts, and small keepers had me thinking that this area did not have it. We made a move to the South and it was game on! We had fish coming one after another. The fish were so aggressive they hit the baits before they even hit the bottom. The dead stick even caught keepers today. We had a boat limit early of tog to 8 pounds, 3 sea bass, and two nice keeper cod.

A beautiful day on the water for today's open boat trip. Dave, Kent, Young, and Chi were treated to nonstop action all morning. We had to work our way threw some shorts but eventually the keepers started to bite. Around 11 am we had reached our limit for the day and we headed home. Pool fish was Dave's 8 pound tog and we also had 2 sea bass and a keeper cod.

It was one stop shopping today for tony, peter, and peter. We had fish coming all morning. It was a good ratio of keepers to shorts with a few cod and sea bass mixed in. Peter took the pool with a nice 8.5 lb tog and a 7 pound fish as well. We were limited out by 10 Am and back to the dock early.
