Default good fluking sunday

fished the early trip on the Gambler sunday morning.left the dock and headed to the grounds.the water was the cleanest I have seen it this year and that alone had me smiling.capt put her on a drift and I flip my bucktail out and start working it back when "wham" I get hit,set the hook and a nice 19 incher in the box.start the next drift by catching a few shorts.flip the jig out again and start working back when I get the "wham"again.set the hook and this time and drag starts going.after a great fight and some great head shakes
and great net work we land a 8.8 fluke.ended the day with for keepers and a bunch of shorts.thanks again to capt Bob and his crew.

Way to go Ed.... That strong NE wind we have predicted should bring even more clean water inshore over the next several days.

it was a good trip.just wish we would have had this cleaner water in july.story of my life water cleans up a week before they close the season.it seems to me that when we have good water the bucktailing is so much better.
