![]() Out fluking today, and as most know, it was slim pickings. I did however catch the biggest Sea Robin I've ever seen and said, now is the time to try eating it. I just cut the tail of like a Monkfish and put it on the barbecue with little seasoning just to compare it. I must say, it had meat that was very similar in texture and taste to a Striper. My wife loved it, who hates all the mild fish I catch. I'm gonna try a better recipe next time, but certainly worth keeping a few.
