Saturday August 29th Fluke Report - Johnny Bucktails
Sorry for the late report, i have been very busy lately
My crew on Saturdays fluke trip consisted of The lip, Al Ristori, Ryan, Dennis, and myself. This was my first time fishing with Al and it was a real pleasure to do so. I know he had a great time. Took the boys out to some deep 70-90 foot bottom. Had a very slow drift in the morning which brought some trash fish and a few fluke but once the drift picked up a little, it was game on. We all went to work and managed to get our 5 man boat limit of fluke and threw back a few more keepers before calling it a day. Made a few moves throughout the day and each area had great life. Ryan was high hook for sure. We left them biting and had numerous 5-6 pound fish. Biggest fish was about 7 pounds. I have been getting a lot of requests to film a fluke fishing show so here it is.
