Default Manasquan River / Inlent?

Hi All,

Sitting here going a bit crazy at work, I am making the trip down this weekend and plan on getting some much needed fishing time in. The last three times ive fished the inlet / river it has been a total mess with pounds and pounds of seaweed. Anyone know if the river is still a salad fest? If so I might have to re think my plans.

Best,
WhaleFart.

I fished it yesterday from a boat and it wasn't bad at all. Outgoing tide always seems to be worse for the weeds.

Wind is going to blow this weekend. Don't fish the inlet on an outgoing tide because it drags all of the junk from the back into the inlet.

I checked the tides for the inlet for Sat, should be incoming all day between 9am and 3pm. I'm gonna be there with my kids tomorrow, I'll be fishing the south side of the inlet wall, wherever I can find a parking spot.. feel free to look for me, I'll be in a day glow orange shirt, blue neck buff and blue hat. Oh yeah, and most likely yelling at my kids for something...lol
