When is Black Sea Bass closed season ?
I'm a little confused when Black sea bass season is closed. On the NJ regulations they have open season split into 3 parts with size and bag limits and other information contradicting when the season is closed. Could someone please clarify this for me.

Looks like it ended July31st and starts again in October
