BOUNTY HUNTER - Blues With The Mike Bartsch Charter, 7/11
Paul had the Mike Bartsch charter on board the Bounty Hunter for a day of Blue fishing. Filling out Mike's charter were Paul, Lou, John, Jerry & Steve. We got an early start and headed out east to the grounds. A search of the area did not show enough to stop on so we continued the search southward. Paul located some scattered reads and Mike's crew went to work with the Ava 27's, 47's and red teasers. It was not a mad dog bite but it was enough action to keep the crew busy until they boxed 70 small Blues. It was a nice day with a good crew. Everyone had a good time and all went home with a bag of Fillets.
