![]() Sunday ran Open Boat crew of 5. Fishing was a grind for the keepers that is. Caught a load of shorts, but did weed them out. The guys worked hard all day for 17 keepers, a bunch of quality sized 3-5lb flukes.
Monday ran Open Boat crew of 4 guys and 2 girlies. Tough fishing for them. Hunter was high hook with four keepers out of the 7 that were landed. 88 year old frank God bless him fishing the entire time, gave it hell and caught a nice one. Did catch a couple shorts but not many. Fish were there, just hard for them to catch. Good efforts for sure. OPEN BOAT THIRSDAY, FRIDAY & SUNDAY. It's getting better, let's go! Capt Kris ![]()

![]() Keeping fishing hard like you normally do. Sooner or later the fish will cooperate. That is still a nice stack of fish.
