Default Reel Action Sea Bass 6/13

Capt. Marc with Capt. Ralph DeJulia Jr. had the Chris Edwards charter out for sea bass. The rest of the crew consisted of Tina, Carrie and Lou. We started the day with Tina and Carrie spreading their father's ashes. We worked pieces of the Sea Girt Reef picking sea bass, mostly shorts with a keeper thrown in. After a few hours of that, we tried fluking. All we could find were shorts. We tried near the beach and out to 65'. Water temp was around 67.

Hey Marc, saw you up while we were fluking and tried to get you on the VHF..Was a tough day for fluking with winds and current. We had shorts as well with 2 keeps...Very commendable on the start of the trip for your customers!
