Fisher Price IV 5/23 Tough Bassing

AM- Headed out with the Ron Schwarz charter this morning. Had good expecations after yesterdays good morning bite. after a few throws had the wells full and slugged threw the NW wind and got set up. Didn't take long to get a few bites but just couldn't connect. Finally landed a nice bass around 25 lbs and some blues. Hooked one more bass for the morning and unfortunately pulled the hook at the boat. Tried trolling spoons for a little bit before calling it a day and came up with nothing.

PM - This afternoon we had an open boat trip. Set up in the same area and had great readings. Unfortunately the first fish we had on was a nice bass and pulled the hook again right near the boat. Had a few bluefish and then nothing. Took a ride and found some great readings and set up. 2 minutes later we are hooked up. Land a nice bass at 30 lbs and for some reason despite great readings that was our only fish for the afternoon.
