NOAA proposes updates to saltwater angler registry

Does that apply to the poachers fishing illegally ? No probably not noaa maybe you should start there !

The same people that say Atlantic Black Sea Bass stocks are rebuilt and not over fished, but every winter cut me out of the equation.
Funny, I don't have to read the updates because I refuse to register.
