Bottom fishing aboard the Optomist

Nice day on the water. Unfortunately the inshore conditions were tough around 11.00 am, which is when the bite slowed for us. Went out to the deep for some sea bass and picked at them on the drift for a while catching our share of knuckle heads. Headed back inshore to close out the day with some Tog catching some quality fish and enough want a be`s to make it interesting. Overall it certainly was not the type of trip we have been having as of late, but there was enough action that everyone had some tasty fillets to bring home.
