bump for a kids Halloween present. These boards are for kids in the 60-115 lb range per manufacture. Perfect board to learn on because it's very forgiving. Cheap, rental boards are usually stiff and outdated technology that have kids catching the edges, slamming them down on their front or backside. When you catch the edge on a snowboard, it throws you down forcefully causing pain and sometimes injury. Instructors told me, many people don't return because it was too hard to learn and they get beat up by cheap rental boards. If your kid is going to learn to board, you want them to get it as quick as possible, not get hurt and have fun learning. These boards can make their day an enjoyable one.
