Cage tag vendor set for 2015 surfclam/quahog quotas

Anyone with an individual transfer quota for Atlantic surfclams/ocean quahogs for 2015 will have to get the tags from a Kentucky company. See http://www.examiner.com/article/vend...ahog-cage-tags
