Default Columbus Day Surprise

A few of us that had the day off met up in North Jersey for a shot at some fall walleye's. We put a few in the boat along with some nice slabs. I hooked into something big on a binsky taking long powerful runs, we thought for sure it was gonna be my first muskie. After about a 10 minute battle on a light jigging rod this beast finally showed its head. We were laughing our asses off after we got it in the net. We weighed it in the net at 25lbs and was released back into the depths.

Wow dude that's a beast. Sweet. I caught a Carp on a Silver Buddy when fishing the Potomac in VA for Smallies...not as big as yours only 12 lbs but they certainly do put up a great fight.

Nicely Done.

NICE!
Whenever you catch a carp on a lure fishing for other species it is always a surprise. They eat more than dough-balls!
Great picture and congratulations on a great catch.

Sweet! Not a muskie, but still a certified BEAST! Congrats on the catch!
