![]() And here goes another night at the RV.
Still trying to figure out the shore spots slowly but surely its coming along. Places fished: Shore Line from Rangers Boat Ramp towards Rangers Cove Set up used: Slip sinker rigs and slip bobbers Bait: Large shiners and powerbait Time fished: 7pm till 10:30pm ( rain scared me away surprisingly) From 7 to 8 pm nothing was going on. Lost a bass on once he decided to go aerial on the shiner and later lost what I can assume was a trout on the powerbait. Did not hook fish right and it was gone. From 8pm fishing picked up a little. I heard about the eel being in those waters and was rewarded for my patience by a foot and half long one. He took a shiner and it was a little bit of fun pulling him out. About 15 minutes later hooked up with a about 2lbs catfish once again on the shiners and around 9pm pulled out a crappy. After 9 started to drizzle and fishing stop pretty much. No more bites and nothing happening on the water. Here is a picture of the slimy bugger: ![]() Overall not a bad night of fishing but it always leaves you hopping for more.
