9-5-14 Flat calm,,,beautiful again!!Never get tired of saying that....Good fishing again for us,,,every drift loads of bites,,,fluke and some quality sea bass coming up off the bottom,,,Even had a few Mahi-Mahi come to the boat,,we ended up catching one of them.You really had to work around the short fluke today to get into the keepers,,,some guys did well out of the nice crowd we had here today,,,High hooks had 3-4 nice keepers,,,up to 6lbs....and some nice sea bass to spice it up...Some had 1-3 keeper flukes,,,some had the shorty curse and just reeled up 17-17 1/2 inch fish all day but overall a great chew,,very bust on deck with a lot of fish coming up most of the time..The drift got crazy fast at the end of the day but still kept catching fish,,,really good at times with both keepers and shorts coming...In the end I was happy with the amount of keepers onboard,,,just some guys could not get rid of the shorty curse a lot of people did well today..Check out some pics here below of just some of the fish from today..See ya for coffee tomorrow!!!!
