Default Slayed em on the shrimp

After hearing about all the great fishing the last few days, I talked Eric the MM into a tune up trip on the shrimp. We fish together on the monger tomorrow for the elks.

Made some phone calls to get some intel and came up with a game plan. Took the long ride and it was worth it. Got there early and found crystal clear 74 degree water. Tossed the jigs in and had fish right away. At one point I had a fish or monster hit EVERY cast! A day to remember! Eric did quite well also though I had more keepers we both caught tons of fish. I ended up with seven keepers and Eric had four. Only keeping legal limit. Well worth the long ride out.

I just got home, cleaned the boat and am ready for the quick turn around for the elks.

PS. Thanks for the hints guys (you know who you are)

Hey Shrimpman, did you pass by the Misty pulpit? If so I was the guy in the funny hat, tip of the pulpit. It was balls-out fluking in crystal clear water today!
