July 18, super trip on wildcat!
chris docs, rich, joe, frank and Carmen from Clifton, nj. did a number on WILDCAT! plenty of haddock, cod, huge amounts of Pollock, cusk, whiting, reds and a million mackerel. whiting showing very early while huge amounts of macks have invaded stellwagen. two giant tuna brought in today! fishing as good as it gets!

Not sure which macks makes the best sushi, Boston I think, but done right it's one of the best choices offered. Problem is many places over marinate to the point where it's stiff and sour tasting. Also pretty darn good salted down and broiled.
