Committees to set 2015 catch targets

Two Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council committees meet in July to set catch targets for 2015 for bluefish, scup, summer flounder & black sea bass. The bass season may be greatly extended. For details, see http://www.examiner.com/article/blac...nded-next-year
