This afternoon's open boat trip aboard the 35' Seahunter was not good at all. Made our bait, and off we went. Everyone aboard gave 110%, fished hard, but it wasn't meant to be. We were skunked, with zero's across the board. We will be back at it again on Tuesday thru the rest of the week, 2 trips daily. Less boat traffic will settle things down, and we will give it another 110% effort. Thank you to everyone aboard, we will see you all again.

Thanks for that honest report. Capt. Kevin gave it all he had, and we tried hard, but except for a couple of bluefish bite-offs, none of us got a single bite. And Kevin had us on bunker pods a lot. A couple of us tried a popper and jigging, all to no avail.

Capt. Kevin has been consistently on the fish this whole season. Some will only post the good, we post it all, good and bad. Can't beat them everyday, that's fishing. Thanks for sailing with us, see you soon !
