Great Whole Sea Bass Recipes
Got a phone call from one of my accounts on Friday on my way to fishing on the Norma K. He asked me to bring him some Sea Bass whole to the restaurant and he would cook them up. Scaled and clean he put three knife marks on each side of fish. Seasoned with salt and pepper, olive oil on both sides, juice of one lemon, white wine, and garlic and anything else you want in the cavity and more olive oil. He cooked it in a hot oven for about twenty to twenty five minutes.. It was to die for, much better then fried.
