Default Fish Stix smack down Bass to 45lbs

Went with captain kris of te fish stix out of Belmar on a mid afternoon jumbo trip.. Broke the inlet around 1230 and headed south to try to find bait in the south wind... Made bait after a few throws as off we went... Kris put us on the drift and immediately had jumbo bass crashing our baits really cool seeing 6 bass crash the bait.. Totally awesome!.. I was in te water for 5 min and I got the runoff.. Let him take it awhile then set the hook and game on.... Or game over depending how u look at it.. This bass never stopped , she went right for the deep and I couldn't turn her.. Totally stripped me! First time for that. So I'm guessing that bass was reel big, prob around 50 I would guess.. None the less we continued catch em for a good hour then it was over and that's all we needed boxing 9 I think.. Loss just as many.. First time with kris and I'll b back.. Good trip considering no one else caught em last night....

Nice trip & report Sam, I'm glad you hit 'em good. Capt Kris and Mate Darren are top notch. Hopefully I get to bang 'em with you again soon . . .
