Staten Island Jerry said the bite was on a few days back off of greatkills so we proceeded to check it out last night. Tom, Jerry, Pete, my partner and I fished from 5:15 to 9:15(low tide was about 8:30) with one quick hit on Jerry's Baitrunner.
I am requesting and willing to pay anyone to help me out on this... My partner(new/borrowed) still after all these years has a bit of a problem casting from the beach. Its like trying to teach your own child something; they will never listen to you so I need some help on this. Anyone willing to put on a casting seminar for him I am willing to talk. I guess someone has to fish about 30 yards off the beach!!!
Now I know why Keefe loves to fluke fish!
Total fish: zero for us (one blue taken the entire time we were there)
Only one or two bunker splashing about 200 yards off the beach.
