Default F/V Tuna.com 4/19

Fished with Dave yesterday. Jon Devin, Sean (clam strings), Black Cloud Bob and Matt. Missing this year was Leif and Chad.

Since we were the first trip of the season and no one had been out all week due to the wind. We left the dock at 5 AM and headed to the spot where Sandro put us on the fish last year.

We arrived at the spot and he read life so, we tried a drift , but nothing too exciting. They dropped the hook and we had fish on almost immediately. As soon as you hit the bottom you had a bite. Mostly smaller cod or haddock. after the bite eased, we made a run up to Jeffery's Ledge and the fishing was similar.

We caught, cod, haddock, pollack, redfish, wolfish and a 1 1/2lb lobster by JD. Ended the day with 40-50 keeper cod-haddock. Always a blast fishing with Dave ad Sandro. New boat coming next year and already re-booked!!!!!!!
