Ocean Explorer Sunday
4-6-14 What a morning ride out to the grounds,,,it was really nice...We started shallow looking for some life but were greeted with 40 degree water and ripping current going one way on the surface and another once your sinker hit bottom..Needless to say we had no bites inshore there,,,worked offshore and again we found some spots had some life and some did not....We ended up catching 7-8 Codfish but only 2-3 were keepable,,,maybe 7-8 ling also and no blackfish...So in the end a nice day out but slow fishing....Sammy won the pool with a Codfish that took a teaser above a diamond jig,,,,Tomorrow looks good so we are fishing!!See ya in the morning..

I appreciate the effort you and your crew put in Bobby. You guys try to go everyday. Thats the best part about your boat and business. You guys don't give up. When the water warms up to 44 altleast offshore in da Mud, you guys should get have some good codfishing!

I didn't get out with you yesterday Capt Bobby, but I still caught... "my daughter" OUCH!!! and a trip to the emergency room...
