Default Saturday Surf Report

Got a late start to IBSP- bite was decent right until tide changed and stopped moving. All middle school size Stripers. Avas w black n dark teasers were the ticket. Guys clamming had equal bite. Slow crank i mean painfully slow. Left their after the change didnt start up the bite again, SH had miles of birds mile or so off. Nothing in the wash, explaining why i had the hook all to myself. Didnt venture past bridge area, cold, tired and thinking the pay off was juveniles.

Last 3 times I fished Manasquan Inlet with clams I caught 3 skates. I only saw 1 striper caught there this year.

Mantlokn has losts of entry (around the road construction) why not try those beaches. Squan inlet is tough with all of the bottom snags.
