Dorothy B 11-8 bass report
Well, we took a good beating today with the strong NW wind but we did catch some nice bass. High hook had 4 keepers including the 18 lb pool fish, some had 3, some 2 or one and some had none. Plenty of shorts and some big blues in the mix.
Jigging in conditions like today makes you earn the fish. It's not like dropping a clam to the bottom and twiddling your thumbs until you get a bite. This is work and those that worked hard at it were rewarded. Those that did not got diddly squat. The fat lady ain't even close to singing so come on down and get some! See you at the dock!
